The house is in a great location. It is a very short (2 minute) walk to Dorridge rail station, from where there is easy access to Solihull, Birmingham, Warwick Parkway, and further afield. There is also easy access to junctions 4 and 5 of the M42. Both Blythe Valley and Birmingham Business Parks, and Jaguar Land Rover Solihull, are just a short drive away. It’s just a short walk from the house to a good selection of shops in Dorridge, including a Sainsburys, as well as the lovely Dorridge park.
