Double Bedroom 2 miles from Russell Hall Hospital

I have one double bedroom availble to rent after my current flatmate moves out. Date is flexible, but ideally 20th of November 2026. Long term is prefered, but I will consider short term as well.

Ground floor consists of kitchen, living room, dining room, toilet and conservatory.
Bathroom, two bedrooms and storage room are on the first floor.
There is a big and well maintained back garden as well as plenty of parking space by the house if you need space to park your car. I currenly have two kittens that decided to make thier garden my home so I will probably keep them.

House is in a very nice and quiet street with lovely neghbours. There is fisihing pool and Wrens Nest Nature reserve about 5 minute walk away if you enjoy walks in nature.

Bus stop in front of the house - goes to Dudley Centre and Merry Hill shopping centre.
Coseley Train station - 1.5 miles away

Tesco Extra - 10 mindrive away
I work in Jewellery Quarter in Birmingham and it takes me 25-30 minutes to drive there, just to give you the idea of distance to Birmingham.

Price of the bedroom would be £620 a month and that includes bills.

Bedroom is completely furnished. It comes with big double bed with storage under it, two bedside cabinets, mattres, closet, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk and a chair, mirror and your own drying rack so that we dont have to fight over it.
Kitchen is fully equipped. Comes with kettle, toaster, microwave, washing machine, big fridge/freezer, gas oven, electric oven and gas cooker.

My name is Kat. I am 30 years old and I have been living in the UK for over 10 years! I am originally from Croatia. I work in a small independant special effects studio doing prosthetics for film and collectible busts for film collectors.
I spend a lot of time at the studio, so you'd have plenty of peace and quiet. I am very clean and tidy, so a big must for me is to have clean and tidy housmate!
I love Halloween and Christmas so you'd have to be okay with decorated spaces that we share.
