Thanks for checking my advert here. Currently, they are 1 double room and 1 single rooms available. These rooms are suitable for mature students and young professionals.

My house comes with a bland new kithen&bathroom. All done to a high standard.

My house is suitable for mature university students and young professionals (for young professionals, rent price doesn’t include council tax which is £134 total per month. But a professional sharing a house with students gets 25% from council tax (given by Coventry City Council).

The bus route to Warwick uni central campus and Coventry city centre is within 2 min walk from my house.

Local amenities are within walking distance such as a supermarket, cafés, restaurants, pubs, a bank, etc. All these are found on high street of Earlsdon.

My house comes with:

- Tumble dryer
- Gas cooker
- Communal room
- The double rooms have a double bed.
-The single room has a single bed.
Each room has a chest of drawers, a bed side table and a wardrobe. All rooms have a lock
-Full fibre broadband (free of charge)
