Hi there. A lovely and clean double room is available for booking now. It is suitable for a mature Warwick or Coventry uni student but also for a young professional (council tax is shared between 2 professionals). students don’t pay council tax.

Rental contract: 6 months minimum and 12 months maximum.

The bus route to Warwick uni central campus and Coventry city centre is within 2 min walk from my house.

Local amenities are within walking distance such as a supermarket, cafés, restaurants, pubs, a bank, etc. All these are found on high street of Earlsdon.

My house comes with:

- New fridge-freezer
- Washing machine
- Tumble dryer
- Gas cooker
- Communal room
- A bathroom with bath and a shower
- The double rooms have a double bed. The single room has a single bed. Each room has a chest of drawers, a bed side table and a wardrobe.
- Full fibre broadband (free of charge)
