This room is suitable for a Warwick uni or Coventry uni student or a young professional.

For a young professional, council tax isn’t included. But there is already a professional tenant there now. So council bill is split in half.

Rental contract: from 3 months min to 12 months maximum.

The bus route to Warwick uni central campus and Coventry city centre is within 2 min walk from my house.

Local amenities are within walking distance such as a supermarket, cafés, restaurants, pubs, a bank, etc. All these are found on high street of Earlsdon.

My house comes with:

- Communal room
- A bathroom with bath and a shower
- The double rooms have a double bed. The single room has a single bed. Each room has a chest of drawers, a bed side table and a wardrobe.
