My house is suitable for mature Warwick uni students and young professionals (for young professionals, rent price doesn’t include council tax which is £134 total per month. But a professional sharing a house with students gets 25% from council tax (given by Coventry City Council).

The bus route to Warwick uni central campus and Coventry city centre is within 2 min walk from my house.

Local amenities are within walking distance such as a supermarket, cafés, restaurants, pubs, a bank, etc. All these are found on high street of Earlsdon.
