I am a 30-year-old postgraduate student at the University of Warwick studying Mathematics. Hobbies: writing, design, history, philosophy, hiking, baking.
The second housemate is a teaching assistant at the University of Warwick in Mathematics. Hobbies: crafts, puzzles, murder mysteries.
The house:
You will have the loft all to yourself. It is spacious, light, and has its own lavatory. It is currently part furnished but let me know your needs and we can figure it out. Shower/bath is shared on the floor below. There is also a garden, conservatory, dining room and sitting room.

The area:
Everything you need is only a 1 minute walk away on Earlsdon's high street. Coventry station is also very close (15 minute walk), but despite being so close to the city centre it manages to be a wonderfully peaceful area; not least because it is a dead end. When I moved in I was pleased to discover that you hear more birds than you do cars. It is a 35-40 minute walk to Warwick University or a 15 minute cycle.
Pets and other things:
Pets are considered but will depend on the pet in question and a larger security deposit will be necessary. There is a garden so rabbits/tortoises/bee hives etc are welcome.
Although it is nice to spend time together sometimes, it is not a party house!

It is important for me, as I am sure it is for you, to live with the right person and that can only be figured out by meeting each other. I have unfortunately had a few nightmare housemate scenarios, so I will not be renting to anybody that I haven't met.*****
