- 10 mins walk to Earlsdon High St. which has pubs, shops, post office, etc
- 5 mins drive to Morrisons/Aldi/gym (Alvis Retail Park)
- under 5 mins walk to Hearsall Common
- under 5 mins walk to buses going to town and/or Uni of Warwick and/or Coventry Uni
This room is ideal for mature/PhD students or young professionals - I am flexible on this but no crazy parties please!
Min. stay 3 months. Female preferred (other flatmate is female). No couples. You would be sharing communal areas with one person only.
Deposit is one month's rent.
