The house, on a quiet road with plenty of parking, is fully furnished and decorated to a very high standard with a lovely garden for summer BBQs, a good sized kitchen and lounge and all mod-cons including broadband. Rent is paid inclusive of all utility bills.

As a private rented house the landlord is always available, there are no "office hours" and no letting agent fees.
