Sociable House Share Near UoB / QE / City Centre

Hi there, there’s currently 7 of us (3 boys and 4 girls) and we’re looking for a new housemate to replace 1 girl (preferably a girl but not a must). There is a spacious double bedroom available on the 1st floor with a large bathroom shared with 2 others. We also offer a large off road car park.

Close to University of Birmingham, BCU Edgbaston campus and QE Hospital. Also has good transport links (bus stop 30 second walk away) into city centre which is about 2 miles away, no more than 30 mins on the bus during rush hour. A gym 5 min walk away and a diverse high street very close by (including Aldi, Iceland, cafes etc).

We're looking for someone that wants to socialise and get involved, as we're all good friends in the house and so we're looking for someone to join that vibe.

We enjoy spending evenings together during the week cooking, watching tv/films and chilling. We also like hosting parties, BBQs, and going on the occasional night out! The house is definitely big enough to have your own space as we all appreciate having our alone time too and love a chill night in.

We have a mixture of interests such as yoga, sport, crocheting, gardening, salsa, music, and the gym.
