I have a large double room to rent in a modern 3 bedroom house, in a quiet residential area.

The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, a chest of drawers and bedside table.

The house has a large modern fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a power shower and a separate toilet.

The house is very well maintained, has good central heating and has a large garden with parking to the rear of the property.

The local shops and bus stops are both within walking distance and it is a very short journey to get to the town centre.

The room is £450 a month which includes Wifi. The gas and electricity are not included and need to be topped up separately by key meter.

The other tenant and myself are both friendly, hard working and respectful housemates so it makes the house a very lovely environment to live in.
