I'm looking for a relaxed woman to share my house with on the outskirts of New Oscott/Boldmere overlooking a beautiful green in a highly desirable quiet area. I am really spiritual so if you are too, even better! :-)

My house is very zen and relaxing. Your room has a double bed, in-built double wardrobe. There is a driveway and on-road parking.

Location - only 15 minutes from the city centre depending on traffic
There is a Tescos up the road and plenty of places to eat or go for a drink after work. It's also close to Sutton Park.

I am looking for somebody reliable, friendly and easy going, who respects my property and maybe even share meals some nights, I am very bubbly and chatty.
