I have a lovely modern house on the outskirts of New Oscott and Boldmere (near Sutton Coldfield) overlooking a beautiful green in a highly desirable area!

The room is furnished with a double bed and an in-built double wardrobe. You'll have your own bathroom with bath (looking to get a shower fitted). The property has a driveway and on-road parking. There is also a lounge which will be ready to use, by the time you move in. The kitchen will have washing machine, oven, fridge freezer and all the essentials.

Location wise you are only 15 minutes from the city centre (without traffic), perfect for HS2 sites scattered around Birmingham.

There is a Tescos up the road and plenty of places to eat or go for a drink after work.

This will suit a professional non smoker. Ideally somebody who is working for HS2 or a contractor that is working away from home and wants somewhere to stay Monday to Friday. I travel alot, so there will be times, when you will have my house to yourself. Overall I am looking for somebody reliable, friendly and easy going, who respects my property and maybe even share meals some nights, I am very bubbly and chatty.
