Tenants have their own secure entrance and exit to the building Water, Electric, and use of Laundry Room are included in the rental charge the accommodation is fully furnished and includes single wardrobe, Chest of Draws, fridge freezer and single bed and Mattress, Each Tenant has there own secure post box with Key there is also Bathrooms with shower & toilet facilities.

The shared kitchen and dining area are furnished Two Double Sofa's, Television dining table and cooking facilities.

The Accommodation has local transport connections with Buses & Trains with Hampstead Train Station in walking distance, we also have a car park for Tenants.

There is a cleaner onsite three times per week who cleans the communal area's and a large outside garden area for tenants use.
