I'm looking for one professional male to share my spacious three-bedroom semi-detached home in a quiet and safe cul-de-sac in Halesowen B62.

The room is a good-sized, fully furnished double, and you'll have access to the shared kitchen, bathroom, living areas, garden and a large driveway with parking for up to three cars.

I'm 49, single, degree-educated easy-going and work professional. I'm friendly and sociable but also appreciate my own space.

These days I enjoy a quieter lifestyle. I'm not into heavy drinking, clubbing or late nights and prefer a relaxed home environment.

I'm currently training to become a Wellbeing Practitioner, so qualities like kindness, honesty and respect are important to me.

I keep the house clean and tidy and take pride in looking after it. It's a home rather than just somewhere to sleep, so I'm looking for someone who'll treat it with the same respect.
