I have a lovely room available in my home in a quiet, safe cul-de-sac, just a 5-minute walk from Blackheath town centre and around 5 minutes from a beautiful nature reserve.

I’m a live-in landlord and I’m looking for a friendly, respectful tenant to share my home with.

🐾 A little about the home:

- Lovely 3-year-old Labrador cross, so you must be comfortable living with dogs 🐶
- Driveway parking, with priority given to me
- Garden and decking area
- Shared bathroom, kitchen and living room
There is a washer dryer machine.
- Quiet and friendly neighbourhood
- Excellent location, with Blackheath town centre and the nature reserve both within a short walk
- Utility bills included

👩 Female tenants preferred.
👫 Couples are welcome, although the rent for a couple would be £700 per month, bills included.

I’m looking for someone who is clean, considerate and respectful of the home and shared spaces. Ideally, someone who enjoys a peaceful home environment and is happy living with a friendly dog.
