A beautifully furnished double room is available in a stylish Grade II listed two-bedroom townhouse in the heart of Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter, B1.

This would be ideal for a contractor, project manager, engineer, consultant or other working professional who is temporarily based in Birmingham and would prefer a comfortable, high-quality home to a hotel or serviced apartment.

Monday-to-Friday and seven-day stays will both be considered. The room is offered for single occupancy only.

RENT AND LENGTH OF STAY

£1100 per calendar month for stays of one to three months.

Shorter stays from approximately two weeks may also be considered, with the price agreed according to the dates and length of booking.

Monday-to-Friday arrangements may be considered separately.

WHO I AM LOOKING FOR

I am a live-in landlord and am looking for a considerate, tidy and reliable professional who will respect and care for this beautiful home.

This is a peaceful, well-maintained home rather than a shared contractor house. It would particularly suit someone who wants a comfortable place to return to after work and who appreciates a clean and attractive living environment.

References, identification, proof of employment or current work assignment, and the appropriate Right to Rent check will be required.
