Description
A friend is moving out of our house in the jewellery quarter so need to find someone else to take his room. It’s a new build modern house fully furnished and has some perks such as gym equipment (wattbike), sonus, Apple TV and large communal areas.
We also have a cat!
You’d be living with 2 graduates on 9-5 who are pretty active, keen on gym/ cycling and enjoy chilled evenings but also a good night out.
We are into electronic music, tend to go out to events a fair amount and have cdjs which you’d be welcome to use
The rent is £800 with bills utilities and council tax included. Happy to accept a 3 month period
