A peaceful double room is available in a spacious 900 sqm home, surrounded by a lush garden and a warm, expansive shared living room—where stillness and a sense of community naturally meet. Just a 5-minute walk takes you to the tram station, with night buses close by, offering effortless access to the city centre in only 10 minutes. Close to everything, yet gently held in calm.

The home is ideally located within 5–10 minutes of Jewellery Quarter, Hockley, Smethwick, Soho Benson, and the Edgbaston Reservoir, with Handsworth also nearby—placing you close to vibrant neighbourhoods, green spaces, and local amenities.

You’ll be sharing the home with two wise, affectionate senior cats—soft, joyful companions who spend their days resting in quiet contemplation, bringing warmth and presence to the space.

We’re both professionals who mostly work from home and enjoy a balanced lifestyle. We value our own space while also appreciating meaningful conversations—often while cooking together in the kitchen. We enjoy going to the gym, long walks, spending time in nature, playing with our animals, and staying active and grounded. We also love spending quality time with friends and family and keeping our home clean, calm, and well cared for through regular shared chores.

Nearby, a large park runs along the canal, inviting morning walks, moments of reflection, and friendly encounters with ducks, dogs, and neighbours. From here, you can follow the water on foot or cycling all the way into the city, guided by the rhythm of nature.
