Rooms to let in a house

Hiya!! My name's Nishi and I've got a room to rent in my house. Currently my partner and I share the master bedroom and his daughter stays over on the weekend (she has her own room) The property is an amazing townhouse in the JQ, it super rare to have such a spacious property in this area. There's a huge kitchen with a separate dining and living room. The advertised room has a toilet on the same floor. Bills are about 150-200 a month. I've got 2 indoor cats (you're not expected to care for them in any way shape or form) but you'd have to be okay with pets and be kind and respectful to them. There's only street parking available (have to get permit through council)
