The flat is in a great location, near to the centre of the jewellery quarter, its a 3 minute walk to St. Pauls Square, 15 minute walk to Brindleyplace and 20 minute walk to New Street Station. There is a co-op a 2 minute walk away.

Room includes a wardrobe, a large set of drawers and a small set of drawers (hard to take decent photos of the bedroom!) Double bed and mattress with under bed storage. Own use of main bathroom (shower and bath) as master bedroom has an ensuite.

Large living room/kitchen with all utensils included. Kitchen has in built washing machine and dish washer. Very big television (and Xbox!) and fast broadband. Secure building with fob access. All bills included (Internet, electricity and council tax).

There is no parking but it is possible to get a jewellery quarter permit for around £200 a year. There is also free street parking from 6pm-8am.

I have been living in Birmingham for over a year as I moved to the area for a graduate job in healthcare. My boyfriend works as an architect in the centre. We are a relaxed sociabe couple looking a friendly and chilled out flatmate thats up for socialising and exploring Birmingham.
