The apartment has 2 bedrooms (each with ensuites) and an additional bathroom located in front hallway. There is a shared lounge, dining and kitchen area. The apartment offers high speed BT internet and Wi-Fi connectivity.

The apartment is situated less than half a mile from Jewellery Quarter train station and is less than 1 mile from Birmingham City Centre (15 minute walk).

We are a couple (one of whom is the landlord) currently living in this property and are looking for a flatmate to make use of the spare room. We are 24-25 yrs old (British & Australian) working in Birmingham City, laid back, friendly and enjoy going out.
