Currently there is a couple with 1 child living in the property, they have chosen to rent 1 master bedroom. This is in 1st floor. They are looking to move out within 2 months.

Downstairs area is where myself will be staying occasionally.

The kitchen is a compact and it's shared. However has the essential facilities.

All bills are excluded. However bills included can be considered - this can be negotiated individually.

The house is in quiet residential area, has childrens play area at the front. Nearest train station is Coventry Arena and accessible to Coventry Arena shopping park. Close to Foleshill too.
