Low rent in return for dementia support

Do you have time to give in exchange for a low rent room in a lovely house with garden?

Think you have the skills to look after my elderly mum when she gets confused?

Are you able to keep a clean household and do clothes washing most days?

My mum has a lovely two-bedroom house in King's Heath close to the High St shops, buses into town and 10 minutes from the new train station.

My mum also has dementia. She has carers coming in three times a day. But we do not want mum to be on her own in the house every evening and through the night. 

In return for a very low rent we need someone to give 3 hours a day of their time to keep mum and the house in good order.

There are two main tasks in these hours plus a third request:
1. Hanging out with mum
2. Acting as housekeeper - cleaning, laundry, taking in grocery deliveries
3. Being in the house overnight at least 300 days of the year

Bear in mind mum doesn’t need someone to provide professional care. She has carers come in theee times a day. And we do not need you to spend lots of time giving her companionship. But we want someone to be in the house with her, checking in with her that she is OK every so often, and just letting her know someone is there if she needs reassurance.

In return for this time given to the household and mum, you will get a bedroom and walk-in wardrobe exclusively for your use, along with shared access to all other parts of the house and garden. There is a bathroom, a lounge, a walk-through dining room, a kitchen, a garden room and a lovely back garden.
