Access to separate bathroom shower on 1st floor unshared. Just basin & toilet shared with 2 person.

Can have separate toilet if wanted on ground floor. Unshared used for adhoc guest.

WC, Lounge (TV, Netflix, PS5), dining (4/6 seater), kitchen (microwave, cooker, fridge, washing machine), extension (study area & Film projector).

Garden fully landscaped and has dining for 6 under pergola with a lounge rattan swing added for cosy sit and read.
