Double room in the heart of Mosely

Hello there! I have a large double room to let overlooking a beautiful garden in my cosy cottage-style terrace house in Moseley.

The house has private, off-road parking, a lovely, quiet open-plan garden, garage storage space, and has all usual amenities and full fibre internet.

The location on Alcester Road is really cool for access to Moseley shops, bars, cafes, restaurants and farmers market - it’s around a 1min walk to the centre of Moseley.

Also, it’s just a very short bus, cab or train ride (from the new Moseley station) to the centre of Birmingham. Areas such as Kings Heath, Stirchley and Edgbaston are close by, KH in particular being only a 12 minute walk away.

We have lots of glorious local parks like Highbury and Cannon Hill, and generally this area is vibrant and diverse with great food!

The room for rent is on the first floor, no one else stays on that floor and it has just been decorated and overlooks the garden so is nice and tranquil. It’s bigger than the pic suggests, so there’s room to make it your own with a tv and small sofa or whatever you need. Come and check it out anyway if you’re interested! It’s a happy space.
