I have a room available in my flat which is a very large double room with its own bathroom immediately next to the bedroom.
I own the flat and there is one other lodger. We both have our own bathrooms. The flat is very spacious and bright and is on the second floor of a property containing six other flats. The area is quiet and has Moseley Bog, Moseley village and Kings Heath within walking distance. Train stations are opening in Moseley and Kings Heath within the next year.
The flat has two shared sitting areas - one in the kitchen then a small TV room.
All bills are included.
We are looking for someone who is clean, tidy, considerate of others in the living areas and is not working from home on a regular basis.
