Double bedroom in Moseley

Hi! My name is Magda and I have a spacious double bedroom to rent in my house in B13. Ideal location, perfectly situated between Moseley, Stirchley, Selly Oak and Kings Health for all things social, with the entrance to Holders Lane woodland / Cannon Hill Park right outside the house for some nature. There’s plenty of parking around and the neighbours are great.

I’m sociable and enjoy spending time with people, but I also appreciate having my own space. I’m sporty, love a good movie, and I’m openly gay, so I’m looking for someone LGBTQ+-friendly and easy going.

The house has two living rooms (including one with a bar!), a large garden with a hammock and outdoor dining area, plus a gazebo with a small gym. The house is insulated and comes with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
