Double Room with En-Suite and Parking in Moseley

Hi guys, I'm Dylan. I'm a 27 year old media professional and musician advertising for a new housemate.

The room is a double with an en-suite bathroom and built-in wardrobe space. It's beautiful and roomy and is almost it's own studio flat. It comes unfurnished but the rest of the house is fully furnished.

The property is a gorgeous Victorian townhouse with three floors (this room is on the top floor with amazing views of the area). The communal spaces include a front living room, dining room, kitchen and amazing garden/patio area. We've previously had BBQs out there in the summer with friends and it's perfect for chilling in the evening.

A little about me: I've been living in Brum since 2024 and absolutely love it! I'm a musician who plays regularly around the city in my band The Fazeleys and I love going to see local bands and getting out around town.

Kings Heath high street is a quick 15 minute walk and has all the regular amenities and brilliant venues like The Hare and Hounds. Moseley is also just around the corner (about 20 minutes walk) and is also brilliant to go out to.
