The existing housemates are a friendly bunch of female and male working professional cat lovers.
The room is bright, fully furnished, with double bed, central heating and double glazed window overlooking the rear garden, and original timber flooring.
The house has a lounge, large kitchen/diner, bathroom/shower, separate WC, front garden & parking driveway, large peaceful mature rear garden & patio, plus a few chilled out house cats. and one rabbit.
Facilities include central heating and all usual kitchen appliances, including washing machine and tumble dryer, plus 1-Gb super-fast broadband wi-fi. Standard house bills are an all-inclusive shared amount (incl council tax, gas, electric, water, TV licence, broadband) currently £196 each monthly.
