Northfield High Street is around a 10-minute walk, with a Co-op approximately 3 minutes away. The River Rea walking and cycling route is around 4 minutes from the house, and there's also a local pub just a couple of minutes away.

We have just moved into the area and are a friendly, easy-going professional couple. We enjoy socialising and meeting new people, but equally appreciate everyone's need for their own space and privacy. We're happy for our lodger to feel part of the household or to do their own thing, whatever feels most comfortable.

We also have a dosile long haired cat.
