Description
**Short let only** First floor room with double bed for single occupation (unless otherwise arranged) with laminate floor and rug, curtains and comfortable mattress with linen provided if necessary. A desk, chair, hanging rail, lamp and bookcase are also in the room. There is a shared bathroom for which we can allocate times that suit us all, we're not high maintenance :-)
And SECOND ROOM for use as a study or sitting room is also included (please see work restrictions below).
There is cosy kitchen available for meal preparation and dining table for eating meals.
Stourbridge Junction station (access to Birmingham city stations, and onward routes including London) is a matter of 200yds up the road, opposite to the locally renowned Seven Stars pub. Parking is available on the roads nearby though this can be competitive. Black Country Museum, Stourbridge Glass museums and West Midlands Safari all nearby.
It is anticipated that Lodger will work a minimum of 4 days per week from their workplace during normal office hours. This allows for one day per week working from home, during normal office hours. Working from home during evening/weekends is not permitted. Further questions welcome.
Mon to Fri lets subject to £75 discount.

- We are a no mask household and Covid has been and gone - we're back to normal and would love a lodger who is relaxed with the attitude of personal choice in medical matters :-)
- I'd love someone to be able to look after the dog some weekends and will compensate you for that on a £ night by night basis. Rocco is a gorgeous and typically effervescent 7 yr old black lab.
-This is a family home, late hours and antisocial behaviour cannot be tolerated.
- Inclusive bills are subject to reasonable use.
- Strictly NON SMOKERS only please.
- References and ideally a DBS will be sought.
-Ideally looking for temporary residents perhaps on a Mon-Fri basis, who pay council tax elsewhere. £75 deduction for Mon to Fri
