Local amenities include Asda, Aldi & other local shops, bars & take away outlets.

Close to J2 of the M5 motorway. The Sandwell Aquatics Centre is less than a mile away. Local on street parking available & smoking is permitted outside in the garden which is undercover.

Monday to Friday let only but would consider Sunday to Friday at a cost of £125 per week. All bills included and internet available throughout the house.
