1 double bedroom available in a 4 bathroom 3 storey house (1 bedroom is available for a lodger this is on the second floor).

References and checks will be carried out to make sure a safe household.

A shared kitchen with shared fridge but individual freezers are provided. Large living room/Dining Room on first floor that I rarely use therefore you can have your own space or if you want to socialise we can do that too.

I am looking for someone honest, trustworthy and respectable and hygiene conscious clean to share my lovely home

I occupy the ground floor as I have converted my garage in to a living room/bedroom which I occupy with my cats Charcoal and Amber.

I only take 2 lidgers at a time therefore including myself only 3 people live in the property.

Smoking only allowed outdoors.

This is a very quiet residence, I would like to keep it that way.

Easy access to buses going directly to Birmingham city centre via smethwick or Dudley town centre ie West Midlands travel hopping on to the number 87 bus as you come out of my estate. There is also a bus station a couple minutes drive in Oldbury town centre that takes you to Halesowen, Merry Hill, Harborne, Edgbaston, West Bromwich etc.

My house is also very close to the M5 motorway, junction 2 and also close to Sandwell and Dudley train Station and Dudley Port, where you can catch a train to Birmingham city centre that is a 10 minute train journey.
