1 double bedroom available in a 4 bedroom 3 storey house (1 bedroom is available for a lodger this is on the second floor).

References and checks will be carried out to make sure a safe household.

A shared kitchen with 2 shared fridge freezers. Large living room/Dining Room on first floor that I rarely use therefore you can have your own space or if you want to socialise we can do that too.
On the second floor 2 double bedrooms. The ensuite double bedroom is available with 2 large wardrobes, double bed, chest of drawers and bedside table.

I am looking for someone honest, trustworthy, respectable and tidy person to share my lovely home

I occupy the ground floor as I have converted my garage in to a living room/bedroom which I occupy with my cats Charcoal and Amber.

I only take 2 lodgers at a time therefore including myself only 3 people live in the property.

Smoking only allowed outdoors.

This is a lovely quiet residence.

Easy access to buses going directly to Birmingham city centre via Smethwick or Dudley town centre ie West Midlands travel hopping on to the number 87 bus as you come out of my estate. There is also a bus station a couple minutes drive in Oldbury town centre that takes you to Halesowen, Merry Hill, Harborne, Edgbaston, West Bromwich etc.

My house is also very close to the M5 motorway, Junction 2 also close to Sandwell and Dudley train Statio and Dudley Port, where you can catch the train to Birmingham city centre that is a 10 minute train journey.
