Spare House

The house includes a kitchen, bathroom, spare bedroom, and living room, all for your sole use. I’ll be living in the outbuilding in the garden and will have my own separate side entrance, so you’ll have full privacy in the main house. I’m usually away for work and only around for two nights a week.

I’m looking for a sensible, respectful tenant who values a peaceful home environment and will be considerate towards the neighbours (no late-night noise). This is for one single tenant only – someone I can trust to look after the property.

The property also features a garden and a driveway parking space. It’s just a 12-minute walk to Olton train station, offering great transport links.
