A large double ground floor room (currently with a single bed used by a international student but can hold a double bed) in a spacious house that is suitable for a professional female or a single mother and a child up to age 4+. I have a 8 year-old son and there is a large garden to be enjoyed. Shared open-plan kitchen, living, dining, and ground floor bathroom. My daughter also lives with me and works from home 3 day per week. There is a primary school 2 minutes away which my son attends. Bus stop 2 minutes away which takes you into the city centre.
