Double room in quiet new build house

A spacious room in a new build two-bedroom house (council tax band C), on a peaceful estate on the outskirts of Coventry, available Monday to Friday.

The double room comes with bed, mattress and bedding, two bedside tables, lamp, fan, chest of drawers, clothes rail, freestanding mirror and window blind.

Shared with live in landlady are; lounge, kitchen, bathroom and a small garden area. Small dog also at the property.

All bills included, as well as Wi-Fi and use of the washing machine, cooker and fridge.

Parking is available on the drive (will just have to be organised with this as it’s one in front of the other). I don’t believe there are many bus stops nearby so may not be suitable for a non-driver.

I do work from home three days a week and my desk is set up in the kitchen/dining area.
