New studio flat for rent

A newly built studio flat with a built in en-suite and new kitchen appliances is up for rent.
The studio is 15 minutes away from the city centre, 5 minutes away from the nearest hospital and is surrounded by stores in every direction.
The bus stop is only a 5 minute walk away and the local train station is a 15 minute walk from the studio. There is also free parking available in a drive way right outside of the studio with easy access.
I would prefer a female tenant who is easy to get along with. We are a friendly Syhleti Bangladeshi household who get along with all of our neighbours and we expect our tenant to be just as kind. I will not tolerate any form of verbal or physical abuse from the tenant.
