This is a large fully furnished room in a very friendly professional houseshare in Selly Park, just a couple of miles from the city centre and within easy access of the QE hospital, Birmingham university and Moseley village.

The house has a garden which is great for summer BBQs, a lovely lounge and good sized kitchen, is decorated and maintained to a very high standard with all mod-cons including broadband. Rent is inclusive of all utility bills and council tax.

Because I am a private landlord and don't use agents, you get to deal with me directly which means you can always contact me if there is a problem and I will always do my best to put things right as soon as possible, plus there are no hidden fees to pay.
