From 20th November I have a large, bright (big window, nice view) single room.
View is across the back garden and trees beyond.
Tenants can be either students or young professionals who are quiet and are non-smokers. It is a homely 4 bed terraced house 20 minutes’ walk (8 minutes’ cycle) from university and the QE hospital. The house is in the quieter and safer residential area of Selly Oak. The house has a total of 3 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom, 2 shower rooms (1 which is a wet room), a downstairs toilet (3 toilets in total), is in a quiet and safe area with plenty of parking in front of the house, a back garden with a shed for bikes. It also has a hallway, living room, and fitted kitchen. The rent includes bills, but not council tax, band b, this is shared between tenants if they are in employment.
