Double room in modern Selly Oak townhouse

Mike here, I own the property but don’t spend much time there anymore as I spend a lot of time with my partner.

You’d be sharing with my current lodger Ryan who is in his late 20s, very friendly, clean and tidy. Enjoys a glass of wine and is a dream housemate.

Looking for someone to take the second bedroom in a 3 bed townhouse on The Oaks estate in Selly Oak. It’s fully furnished and you’d have your own bathroom (apart from sharing with me when I’m occasionally home).

There’s also a small double room that I use, that you’re also welcome to use on occasion for guests (with prior agreement) and a study that you’d share with Ryan who works from home 3-4 days per week. There’s also a utility including tumble dryer and a downstairs loo. The rear garden has been recently fully re-landscaped and makes a great chill out spot or for BBQs in the summer.

There’s plenty of street parking (the use of the garage can also be discussed) and Selly Oak train station is less than a 10 min walk which is then 10 mins to New Street.

I’m looking for someone clean and tidy, sociable and must be okay with dogs as my border terrier Bobby visits on occasion.
