Double room in modern Selly Oak townhouse

Hello,

Mike (31 yo gay guy) and Bobby (4 month old border terrier) here.

Looking for someone to take the second bedroom in our 3 bed townhouse on The Oaks estate in Selly Oak. It’s fully furnished and you’d have your own bathroom (apart from the occasional guest).

There’s also a small spare room which you’re welcome to use on occasion for guests and a study that I currently rarely use which you’re welcome to. There’s also a utility including tumble dryer and a downstairs loo. The rear garden and front of the house are soon to be completely redone so there’ll be a beaut place to chill outside next year too with outdoor kitchen, dining, and hopefully a bar in the shed.

There’s plenty of street parking (I use the garage) and Selly Oak train station is less than a 10 min walk which is then 10 mins to New Street.

I’m looking for someone clean and tidy, sociable and most importantly must be a dog lover. Bobby is still young so can be a bit chaotic but calm most of the time. We’re more of an in bed at 9pm and up at 5am house in the week so would be great to find another early bird to avoid any frustration with noise, etc. but not a dealbreaker.

(Worth mentioning house is still a work in progress, kitchen and a few bits of decorating still to do!)
