I am a single professional . Although I am 41, I am most definitely young at heart! I am clean and tidy, enjoy socialising but my social battery runs out quickly. When I am not working, I enjoy getting lost in the city, going around museums ,art galleries and having a cheeky cocktail or two. I am looking to share my home with ideally a, single, LGBTQ+ person, or a professional or mature student.
Offering a good sized single room with work desk etc. Modern bathroom with shower, and luxury extended kitchen. Location is on an established leafy road close to Birmingham University and Queen Elizabeth hospital with excellent connections having a bus stop immediately outside the house. There are regular buses to New Street station and Selly Oak station is just a 20 minute walk away.
I am happy for smokers but would need to be in the garden.
The room can be changed to your taste.
I also have a double room but I would need to re arrange it, hence why there is no photo. This would be £800pcm
