Looking for a female housemate to join our 5-bed house on Teignmouth Road, Selly Oak, just a 15-minute walk to the University of Birmingham and 10 minutes to Selly Oak train station.
You'd have your own double room on the first floor, sharing with two other girls and your own bathroom upstairs. Two guys live downstairs with their own separate bathroom, so the floors are nicely split for privacy.
The house itself is bright, clean, and spacious, with a proper kitchen, a big bathroom, and a really nice backyard for summer evenings. It has a genuinely homely feel, not one of those houses that feels like a stopover.
