Hi I'm Allison and I need to find a replacement tenant ASAP for my former room in 292 Hubert Road 20 mins from uni and close to all local shops. The ground floor front room is available and all bills included (wifi electricity etc), £671 per month. Has a nice shared living room and 6 other housemates, mix of years. The room has a bed, desk with some cupboard space, ensuite bathroom with shower, sink, toilet etc, TV, furnished and is great for students looking for their 2nd or 3rd year accom.
