The house has a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, microwave and air fryer, and there's a washing machine.

Transport: the house is roughly a 10-minute walk from Selly Oak train station and the Selly Oak shops, and about a 20-minute walk to the University of Birmingham. Trains run from Selly Oak to Birmingham New Street in about 10 minutes and stop at University station on the way. Buses 61, X62 and 63 run along the Bristol Road into the city centre.
