👤 Looking for 1 Flatmate to Share a Room – Friendly Indian Household

A bed is available in a shared room (sharing with one other person) in a lively, friendly house. All current flatmates are Indian friends who are easygoing, respectful, and mostly busy with their own work schedules.

💰 Rent & Bills

• Bills: Approx. £50 – £80 (Maximum) per month per person (includes Council Tax and all utilities).

🛏️ The Room & Amenities

• Shared Room: You will be sharing the room with one other person.
• Your Roommate: A professional who works a lot and is out of the room most of the time.
• Storage: You get your own separate wardrobe, Kitchen space and access to a shared shoe rack(shared by roommate only). All necessary amenities are available, including a large storage area and seating area.
Addition request- We also have a cozy box room available, currently occupied but potentially freeing up if need. Rent is highly competitive at £300–£350 per month (depending on final agreements/negotiations)

• The Household: Living with friendly Indian flatmates who are welcoming but generally busy with their own routines.
• Washroom: One bathroom shared among 6 people in total.
• No Restrictions: 24/7 house access. There are no strict curfews or time restrictions on when you can come and go, making it perfect for shift workers.
