Within a few mins to Pershore rd, close to train station, bus stop, fitness center, supermarkets, etc

Excellent access to city center, University of Birmingham and Q. E
The area is very nice and quiet

The room is double and comes fully furnished with a double bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, etc

There is a nice dining area, kitchen and modern bathroom

Its a clean and mature house-share

Rent is £650 p. m includes all bills plus wifi
