We currently have a single room available on the first floor:

The property has a Large communal kitchen with range cooker and all the necessary white goods including dishwasher. The communal living area is located just off the kitchen and has 2 sofas. To the left of the living area is the conservatory currently used as the dining room and to the right is the utility area and shower room which is used by the 2 bedrooms without ensuites.
The property has a large Drive for parking and a Large rear garden, great for socialising.

The property is located on the Stratford rd, which is close to Solihull and Birmingham towns, and also the M42 motor way. If you don’t drive there are also plenty of bus stops within walking distance to get where you need to go. Stratford road itself has plenty of restaurants and shops making it an ideal place to live.

The bedrooms all come with a double bed, bedside table, chest of draws and wardrobe. The en-suites have a shower, with toilet and hand basin.

All bills included. Included a weekly cleaner, WiFi and all utilities.
