Furnished room in Shirley. Excellent quiet location. Clean tidy. Bills included. For working professionals, students. Close to local amenities, shops, bus stops, Solihull and Shirley train stations.

House rules as follows:
Tenant to clean their room. Hoover provided. Laundry allowed 1-2 loads per week. Use of fridge freezer washing machine cooker microwave oven kettle toaster, pots and pans, crockery and cutlery.

No pork, ham or its products in the house. No alcohol in the house. No outdoor shoes allowed upstairs. No leftover food in the room. Rubbish to go in the bin provided in the room to be emptied into the main bin every Wednesday evening. Keep noise down especially 10pm-6am. Cleanliness is important as is respecting other house occupants. No visitors allowed. Thank you
