have a double room available now in a lovely 3 bedroom house situated in a quiet cul-de-sac close to Solihull town centre.

The room is on the 1st floor and you’ll only share the bathroom with one other person. The house has a large kitchen, a separate living room and a spacious driveway with plenty of parking. It’s a peaceful and friendly home.

The location is great - about a 10 minute walk to Solihull Hospital and around 15 minutes to Touchwood Shopping Centre, with local shops and transport links nearby.

Rent is £600 per month, which includes all bills (council tax, water, gas, electricity and WiFi).
