Furnished double room in cosy, shared happy, house

Hello. We have a small room with double bed for rent in our shared house. Chloe was in the room for 2.5years and has recently moved out as she has moved in with her boyfriend. She will confidently vouch for the house and of course, Lewis and I.

The room has a clothes rail and a large set of drawers, plenty of shelving and underbed space, but very limited floor space so only suitable for somebody who doesn't have too many items. The room is available as soon as, and would also be held for the most suitable person if needs be. The house is a cosy and friendly household that is expensively furnished with a nice modern bathroom, kitchen (with high-end kitchen utilities and appliances. There’s a cosy log burning stove in the lounge area and a large rear garden with garden decking, bbq and cosy seating. People always comment on how nice it is.

We are respectful and clean people and require somebody to be likewise. The rent stated is inclusive of all utility bills, ultra fast fibre broadband (1000mps). The house is fully equipped with high spec/end furniture and equipment including new Samsung washing machine, separate Samsung dryer and all the usual amenities. There's a lovely garden which is ideal for BBQs (when the sun is out!). The drive is occupied so if you own a car, on road parking is available down the road. We are fully working professionals, sociable, friendly easy-going people with interests in music, keeping fit, travel, shopping, cooking, film/cinema, eating, coffee, sleeping, reading, art-is that everything? We work hard during the week and enjoy relaxation at the weekends. We like to socialise with our friends/partners at weekends but tend to chill during the week as work gets in the way! This house is ideal for somebody who is friendly, respectful, clean and has their own established friends in the area or makes friends easily and perhaps willing to share a night in to watch a film, go for coffee, cinema or even a night out. Relaxed, easy-going atmosphere in house which similar people will find easy to fit into. There are some nice bars and restaurants just around the corner. Bus routes are in abundance if you do not drive.

Previous tenants that have lived here have become good friends with us. We were going to state some cheesy quotes on here from past tenants but you'll probably meet them anyhow and they will vouch for living at the house. We are tidy and respectful of the house and each other, so would very much welcome a like-minded attitude with someone who cleans and respects the house and us. It's important that we find the right house friend and are willing to wait, so please do not contact simply contact us because it is cheap rent.
