We are loosing one of the gang who is off to the other side of the globe, so my job is to find another (ideally male) social, outdoorsy, professional guy to join the gang. The current four house-mates have a lovely lifestyle, and enjoy sharing this home together. They're kind, friendly, outdoor types, and make you feel welcome. The house is in a very convenient Solihull location (off Lode Lane near JLR).
The Room is available from 20th November and is a generous sized double bedroom with contemporary design, well furnished with a 4ft double bed, triple wardrobe, bedside cabinet and a large chest of drawers. The bedroom shares a master bathroom and a separate washroom/WC room between three.
The house is definitely a home. It has a relaxing atmosphere, it's very well presented and well furnished with contemporary furniture throughout.
There is a big modern kitchen, with all appliances, a lovely sized lounge diner with a 42 inch digital freeview TV, and Virgin business grade high speed broadband throughout, and each of the bedrooms have their own TV aerial sockets too. The house also has the latest integrated fire alarm system, and there are also fire doors on all of the doors for added safety. The house is in Council Tax band B.
In all our houses for young professionals we have been lucky enough to get great people who get along really well and look after their homes really well. We supplement this with a cleaning team who clean all the communal areas and the shared bathrooms.
The location gives easy access for central Solihull, which is a quick bus commute or a 25 minute walk, but also is great for access to the NEC, and Birmingham Airport, and the Industry Park off the A45. And Birmingham City Centre is only 9 miles away too.
Solihull has great facilities for both shopping and socialising. The award winning Touchwood Shopping Centre being fantastic for both retail therapy, restaurants and lively bars, and the surrounding town having a great selection of nightlife and things to do. Not only that but Solihull has twice been awarded the best place to live in recent years by the UK Quality of Life Index!!
