One double room is available, £560 pcm inc bills, in Stirchley near Bournville station.
All housemates are working so professional or post graduate preferred as everyone has to get up for work so do not want a loud person. The house is kept clean and tidy so someone who is happy to do their bit towards cleaning shared areas is essential!
The room includes a double bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, bookcase, desk and chair.
The house includes 2 bathrooms, both with toilet and sink and one with bath and shower over it, the other with a shower cubicle. There is a living and dining room, kitchen and garden for relaxing. There is parking outside on the road. All bills included such as gas, electricity, broadband and council tax, (band B). A gardener comes during spring and summer and a cleaner comes fortnightly to clean shared areas.
There is an old fashioned fruit and veg shop on the corner. It is just off the Pershore Road and less than 10 min walk from Bournville Station and the canals so easy access in and out of town and to Birmingham University and QE hospital. The number 11, 45 and 47 buses are also close by. Morrisons supermarket is about 10 min walk and there are several independent shops nearby.
I am the landlord but I usually arrange for people to meet at least one of the other house mates when viewing the house. Any questions, feel free to ask.
