We're looking for a friendly housemate to move in to our double, en suite, top floor of our townhouse.
The room is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, drawers and desk. The photos and pictures have furniture to show the size of the room.
We're in a quiet cul-de-sac off the main road, 2 minutes from bus stops to the City Centre, Kings Heath, Solihull, QE and Longbridge, and 15 minute walk from Bournville Station, of which trains run to the City Centre every 10 minutes.
There is also drive way parking at the house.
We're somewhat quiet folk that live here already, and we're more in to hosting dinner parties than house parties, but happy to socialise with others by watching movies, having dinner together and chatting.
